Warranty and Return Policy

  • All items we sell are brand new, unless specified on the listings.
  • We will replace your item if it is found to be faulty or Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 28 days from the date of dispatch. Please inform us within 28 days from the date of dispatch for replacement claim.
  • We do NOT refund any auction items, but will repair the faulty item or send a new replacement. Refund will be offered only if we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item during the warranty period or we specify that we will refund the item in our listing.
  • Most of our products are covered by manufactory warranty and we would advise customer to contact the manufacturer directly for assistant and warranty purposes.
  • Faulty returned item will be sent back to our supplier for further test and repair. Please allow three to four weeks time for the repaired period.
  • Products must be returned in original packing materials with all accessories included. Shipping and handling fee are NOT refundable. Buyers are responsible for postage of returning item to us or to the service centre. Please test your item carefully prior to returning it, we will send faulty items to our supplier for further test, if the item is found to be NOT FAULTY, we will be charged a testing fee. We will then have to pass on the charge to the buyer, as well as the cost to return the item to the buyer.
