Payment Related
Payment Confirmation
Customer will be notified by email to confirm that the payment has been received.
If you do not receive the email for any reasons, you can find out the payment and delivery status yourself by using our "CHECK OUT" system.
You only need to make a query about your payment if your payment is not shown as confirmed on our Checkout system 4 days after payment made.
Payment made, but no confirmation email received after four days
We often received payments that we could not identify who the payer is (no item # or eBay ID as Payment reference), so we could not process delivery.
If this is the case, please email us with the following information: eBay ID, item #, date payment made, payment amount, "Payment Reference" used, Please advise PayPal transaction ID if you use PAYPAL.
Other payment methods
We do NOT accept any other payment methods apart from that we state on our listings.
Late Payment
Winning bidder will receive late payment reminder email sent automatically by eBay system after 7 days if the payment has not been received or confirmed. A eBay strike will be issued to winning bidder automatically by the system if we still have not received the payment 12 days after auction ends.
About Postage fee and Handling fee
Please note, S&H fee is NOT just for postage fee, but includes handling fee as well. It is NOT negotiable. Please do not bid for the item if you disagree with it.
Combined shipment fee calculation
We allow our customer to combine maximum of five items as one combined shipment. Item with highest S&H fee will be charged for full amount, all other items will be charged at 50% of the original S&H fee. For example, if you won 3 items, S&H fees are $20.00, $19.00 and $14.00 accordingly, the total combined shipment fee will be $36.50 ($20.00 + $9.50 + $7.00). Please work out the combined S&H fee yourself, since we receive overwhelming of emails each day and can not work out the combined S&H fee for each customer.
